The Chicago Bears could definitely stand to make some some moves in free agency Friday once the signing period opens, although it's still somewhat of a mystery as far as who has how much to shell out. But Adam Caplan has the inside scoop on the salary cap situation in the Windy City.

Early reports claimed the Bears would be somewhere in the range of $19-20 million under the salary cap once free agency opens Friday, but those figures are relatively unreliable until the NFL computes a series of credits.
