QB Jay Cutler: Bears Must Run, Stop the Run vs. Atlanta by The Sports Exchange of BearReport.com, October 15, 2009 at 9:10am ET

As always, the Bears want to run the ball better than they did in the first three games before stepping up with 150 rushing yards on 20 attempts in Week 4 against the ions. But they will take what the Falcons give them.
"We'll see how it goes," quarterback Jay Cutler said. "We'll see what they're gonna give us. You can't say on Wednesday, 'Yeah, we're going to run the ball for 200 yards.' It doesn't work like that, so we'll see how it goes. I mean, Matt [Forte]'s going to get the ball, I can guarantee that."
Defensively, the Bears know they can contain Michael Turner – they held him to 54 yards on 25 carries last season. But at what cost? They were embarrassed by then-rookie QB Matt Ryan last year, as he completed 22 of 30 for 301 yards. That was one of several games last season in which the Bears did not register a sack. They will bring more pass-rush pressure this time.
