In 2007, ACU became the first program in NCAA history at any level to feature a 3,500-yard passer (Billy Malone), a 2,000-yard rusher (Bernard Scott) and two 1,000-yard receivers (Knox and Jerale Badon) in the same season.
2007 (Junior): Broke ACU's single-season record for receiving touchdowns with 17 ... set an conference single-season record and ranked third in NCAA Division II football last season (behind the 18 caught by both Almonzo Banks of West Liberty State and Aaron Waldic of Hillsdale), and ranked seventh in all of NCAA football. Knox finished the season with 62 catches for 1,158 yards and 17 touchdowns ... Voted first team all-LSC South Division and the division's Receiver of the Year
2005-06 (Tyler College): Two-year letterwinner at Tyler who earned second team all-America honors as a sophomore in 2006 after catching 38 passes for 884 yards and 12 touchdowns. He was the ninth-rated junior college receiver in the nation by Rivals.com after leading all of junior college football in both yards and touchdowns as a sophomore.
High school: First team Class 4A all-state by Texprep and the District 23-4A Offensive MVP as a senior.
