COLLEGE CAREER: Four-year letterwinner at Virginia (2003-2006), completed collegiate career with 68 receptions for 737 yards and 5 TDs while appearing in 42 games, starting 20 contests… Finished senior campaign with 27 receptions for 256 yards and 2 TDs while starting all 12 contests… Caught a pass in all but 1 game (at FSU) during final year after catching a pass in last 11 games of junior season… Set career highs with 28 catches for 345 yards during junior season while appearing in all 12 games, starting 6 contests… Caught career high 5 passes vs. FSU and a career high 77 receiving yards at Maryland in 2005… Played in 7 games during sophomore season with 2 starts, hauling in 7 receptions for 70 yards… Played in 11 games during freshman year and had 6 receptions for 66 yards and 1 TD… First career reception was for an 18-yard TD… Majored in anthropology.
HOW ACQUIRED: Signed to Chicago's practice squad (9/2/07).
