PRO CAREER: Veteran TE has played in 71 games, starting 9, during 5 seasons in Chicago including 48 consecutive - only Olin Kreutz has a longer string of consecutive games played among offensive players… Has been used primarily as a blocker in double TE formations and as part of numerous special teams units recording 18 career receptions for 180 yards with 3 TDs and has 25 career special teams tackles.
CAREER TRANSACTIONS: Entered NFL as a sixth-round selection (196th overall) by New Orleans in the 2002 NFL Draft… Waived (8/30/02) and signed with Chicago (9/2/02)… Re-signed 1-year contract with Bears (4/6/05)... Signed 2-year contract with Chicago (3/17/06). SIGNED through 2007
