Pro
Veteran tight end joined Chicago in 2001 near the end of training camp after being waived by Minnesota, quickly settling into the second tight end position. Chicago is his third team from the old NFC Central. Started career-high nine games in 2000, his only campaign with the Vikings. Played his first three years with Tampa Bay, catching his first TD vs. Jacksonville (11/15/98). His team has qualified for the postseason in four of his five NFL seasons, while he has appeared in a total of six playoff games.
College
Split time between TE and RB during college career at Emporia State. Had 624 yards on 128 carries (4.9 avg.) with seven TD and added 13 catches for 172 yards and two TDs. Honorable mention all-Mid America Intercollegiate Athletic Association. Transferred to Emporia State from Cisco (Texas) Junior College.
