The Chicago Bears put Brian Urlacher on injured reserve Monday. Later in the day, Tim Shaw was signed to the 53-man roster. No pressure on the young linebacker, right? Listen to what Shaw told Bear Report after Wednesday's practice at Halas Hall in this exclusive audio feature.

John Crist: First of all, according to the transaction report, you're replacing Brian Urlacher. I know the team isn't asking you to do that, but is it a little bit surreal just looking at the transaction report and seeing you coming in and him going out?

Tim Shaw: People have been saying that, and obviously I know I'm not replacing Brian Urlacher, by no means. He's such a great player. But as a football player, to have that even said about you is kind of funny, kind of surreal, like you said. But [I'm] just happy to be here, happy for the opportunity.
