The Chicago Bears only had one player voted to the Pro Bowl this season, but kicker Robbie Gould was certainly worthy of consideration yet again in 2008. Bear Report caught up with Gould before practice Thursday at Halas Hall, and subscribers can listen to that exclusive audio feature right here.

John Crist: Personally, you had a great year worthy of Pro-Bowl consideration again, but it didn't happen for you. What's your criteria when you're voting for a kicker, and who did you vote for this year?

Robbie Gould: As far as the voting is concerned, I look for a guy that is consistent in outdoor weather. Cold weather is the first way you take it, but some guys you give a look to simply because of how well they did. You look at Jason Hanson. He was 8-of-8 from behind 50 [yards], but he was 12 kicks over 40 yards in 20 attempts. You look for guys like him. You look for guys like John Kasay. It really just depends on the type of year they have, the distance of their kicks, and really how well they did all year.
