The Chicago Bears selected 12 players in the 2008 NFL Draft, but which rookie has the best opportunity to make the biggest impact right away? See what draft expert Chris Steuber of Scout.com has to say about the Midway Monsters, along with his feelings on the other 31 teams around the league.

With minicamp behind us and OTAs about to get started, I decided to put together my Rookie Power Rankings. The way it works is that I selected one 2008 draft pick from every team in the NFL and ranked them based on their situation, potential playing time and overall impact they will have on the team.

The rookies featured in the power rankings are not all first-round draft picks. There are 17 first-round selections listed in the rankings, as well as seven second-round picks and eight Day-2 draft picks. I feel that some players drafted by teams in Rounds 2–7 will have a greater impact on their team this season.

Again, these rankings are based on the draft picks that I feel will have the greatest impact on their team and be the most productive this season.
