Hardy Nickerson was elected to four Pro Bowls in 16 seasons as a linebacker in the NFL, and now he gets the chance to instruct a pair of Pro-Bowlers in Brian Urlacher and Lance Briggs as the Midway Monsters' new linebackers coach. John Crist: You didn't get a chance to work with Lance Briggs during the offseason program because of his holdout. Now that he's back in the fold, have you seen a difference in this linebacker unit?

Hardy Nickerson: I mean, he just brings a wealth of experience. A great player. He adds a lot of energy to the defense. He's a valuable player. It's great to have him here. I'm excited about coaching him up, and it's going to be a lot of fun.
