Camp Chat: LB Jamar Williams

Second-year linebacker Jamar Williams lost out on a chance to start once Lance Briggs ended his holdout, but the former Sun Devil welcomed his Pro-Bowl teammate back with open arms. Williams spent some time with BearReport.com after Thursday's session in Bourbonnais and talked about banging his elbow in practice, his Super Bowl experience, and the front office trading away Chris Harris.

John Crist: You came up with an interception in practice today but were then banged in the elbow pretty good. Are you feeling OK now? Jamar Williams: Yeah, I'm fine. I just wasn't expecting anybody to hit me after I caught it. It's also been a while since I carried the ball, so I had it a little loose.
