Amsterdam (7-2) clinched a spot in the XIV World Bowl after winning their seventh game in eight weeks.
CB Abraham Elimimian, who has started all nine games for Amsterdam, finished with five tackles and a special teams stop. Reserve LB Jeremy Cain matched Elimimian's numbers in both categories. WR Craig Bragg returned one punt for two yards.
Hamburg Sea Devils 13, Rhein Fire 10
Two Bears helped the Sea Devils (2-6-1) come up with their second straight win. CB Willie Amos had a tackle and a special teams stop. LB Justin Smith had two tackles in reserve duty.
Cologne Centurions 25, Berlin Thunder 7
Despite Berlin QB B.J. Symons having a season in attempts (21), completions (11) and yards (130), the Thunder dropped their fourth straight game to move into a tie for last place at 2-6-1.
LB Josh Dean had one tackle in reserve duty for the Centurions, who improved to 4-5.
The final week of the regular season pits Frankfurt at Berlin, Cologne travels to Rhein and Amsterdam hosts Hamburg.
If Frankfurt beats Berlin, the Galaxy would meet Amsterdam on May 27th in the World Bowl. For the Fire to get into the title game, Rhein has to beat Cologne and hope the Thunder can win at home vs. Frankfurt.
