Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman was a limited participant in practice this week due to a lingering knee injury. He is listed as active and will start the contest, although he hasn’t finished a game in more than a month.

Here are the Bears inactives for tonight’s NFC North matchup:

QB Jay Cutler
LB Lance Briggs
G James Brown
WR Joe Anderson
T Jonathan Scott
DE Cornelius Washington
DT Zach Minter

Josh McCown will start in place of Cutler, while rookie Khaseem Greene will start for Briggs.

Here are the inactives for the Green Bay Packers:

WR Chris Harper
CB James Nixon
OLB Clay Matthews
OLB Nick Perry
TE Jermichael Finley
DE Josh Boyd
DE C.J. Wilson

Receiver James Jones, who missed the past two weeks with a knee injury and was listed as questionable, is active and will start. Jarrett Boykin, who filled in for James, will slide down to the No. 3 wideout role.
