The Chicago Bears have agreed to terms with CB Isaiah Frey on a four-year contract. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Bears selected Frey with the 184th overall pick in the 6th round of the 2012 NFL Draft out of the University of Nevada. In 51 games for the Wolfpack over four seasons (2008-11), Frey had 141 tackles, seven interceptions, 38 passes defensed and two forced fumbles. As a senior, the 5-11, 190-pounder was named first-team All-WAC after leading the team with five interceptions and 21 passes defensed to go along with 37 tackles and one tackle for a loss.
Frey is the fourth Bears selection from the 2012 NFL Draft to sign with the team, joining WR Alshon Jeffery (2nd round, 45th overall), TE Evan Rodriguez (4th round, 111th overall) and KR/CB Greg McCoy (7th round, 220th overall).
