Chicago has agreed to terms with the team's fourth-round selection, tight end Evan Rodriguez. The Bears have now signed three of their six 2012 draft picks.

The Chicago Bears have agreed to terms with TE Evan Rodriguez on a four-year contract. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Bears selected Rodriguez with the 111th overall pick in the 4th round of the 2012 NFL Draft out of Temple University. The two-time first-team all-MAC selection (2010-2011), started 28 of 37 games played in three seasons (2009-11) with Temple, finishing with 69 receptions for 871 yards (12.6 ypc) and seven touchdowns. The 6-2, 239-pounder paced the Owls with 35 receptions for 479 yards (13.7 ypc) and two touchdowns during his senior year.

Rodriguez is the third Bears selection from the 2012 NFL Draft to sign with the team, joining WR Alshon Jeffery (2nd round, 45th overall) and KR/CB Greg McCoy (7th round, 220th overall).
